Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Arcnova Signs. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time (Handling Time)
Because our signs and banners are custom-manufactured to order, all orders are processed within 2 business days.
 * Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
 * If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to production volume, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

**Total Estimated Delivery Time:** Handling Time (2 days) + Transit Time (1-2 days) = 3–4 Business Days total.

3. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after **2:00 PM (PST)** will begin the production and processing cycle on the following business day.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours of shipment.

5. Damages & Shipping Issues
**Arcnova Signs** is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses within the **United States only**. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
